Welcome to Tifogame. We appreciate your trust and take your privacy very seriously. Tifogame follows the guidelines set out in the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) according to the European Regulation 2016/679 which is applicable from May 25, 2018.

Purpose and Legitimacy

Only the necessary personal data is requested and processed.

It goes without saying that Tifogame secures all data adequately. Therefore, we have taken the necessary technical and organizational measures, such as highly secure servers, appropriate physical security of offices, regular updates of hardware and software, effective password management, secure internet connections, and the use of antivirus software to achieve this goal.

The personal data processed by Tifogame is not shared with third parties. The personal data will only be processed internally or with the help of a few processors who assist Tifogame in carrying out its tasks, such as an IT company using the appropriate software packages.

In this context, a processing agreement is signed in accordance with the GDPR legislation to ensure that the third party/subcontractor cannot use the personal data for its own purposes and that these data are adequately secured.

In the event of a data breach involving the personal data of the User, they will be informed within a reasonable time. This may be done by email to the email address known to Tifogame.

3. Use of Aggregated Data

We also use aggregated data for the following purposes:

• Analyzing website traffic and usage patterns via Google Analytics
• Improving your web experience using cookies

Aggregated data cannot be traced back to individual persons and is used solely for analytical and functional purposes.
