In the '18-'19 and '19-'20 seasons, Tifogroup collaborated with KV Oostende to strengthen the connection with existing fans, reward current subscribers, and attract new people to buy tickets or subscriptions.
The principle was simple: a prediction game was organized every month among the KVO supporters. Each month, a Goodiebag was awarded to the three winners. In addition to tickets, the winners received a signed ball and other gadgets.
There were consistently more than 1,200 participants.
The monthly rankings were combined into a season-long ranking. The top 3 were treated to a 'Meet & Greet' with the players, creating an unforgettable experience for every KVO fan.
The collaboration came to an end when the American investment company took over KV Oostende on April 28, 2020. The promise to focus more on fan experience was not fulfilled, as was evident afterwards time and time again.
